Light Boxes

Light Box 1 & 2, Light Boxes, was an exploration in color and light. With the goal to find how colored surfaces and colored transluent surfaces would affect the overall coloring of a space, I created a small box to discover the results of lighting and coloring. Using nothing more than my Kodak point and shoot, at the time, I varied the lighting intensity, camera exposure, as well as the positioning of the box itself in relation to the lighting source, and also, chaged the reflective exterior color in which the box itself sat, to achieve the various snapshots of color-intense moments. Resulting in a multitude of color combinations, these light boxes allowed me the opportunity to bathe a space, deeply, in an array of hues.
